These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Intense Cleaning UK (“the Company”) to you (“the Customer”). By booking or receiving our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services Offered
1.1 The Company provides professional cleaning services, including but not limited to:
• Carpet Cleaning
• Oven Cleaning
• Upholstery Cleaning
1.2 The scope of the services will be agreed upon at the time of booking.
1.3 The company will try everything available to them to clean to the best standard possible, however all stains are not guaranteed to be removed.
1.4 When carrying out an oven clean the company will do their upmost to clean all areas, as long as it does not cause risk of damage to parts such as behind elements etc.
2. Booking and Payments
2.1 All bookings are subject to availability.
2.2 Quotes provided are based on the details supplied by the Customer and are subject to change if the scope of work differs from the initial description.
2.3 Payment is required as follows:
• Domestic Customers: Payment in full upon completion of the service.
• Commercial Customers: Payment terms as agreed in writing prior to service delivery.
2.4 Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or card payment.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
3.1 Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Failure to do so may incur a cancellation fee of [X]% of the service cost.
3.2 Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
4. Customer Obligations
4.1 The Customer must provide accurate details of the items or areas to be cleaned.
4.2 The Customer must ensure that:
• All areas to be cleaned are accessible.
• Electricity, running water, and parking are available.
4.3 For oven cleaning, the Customer must ensure the appliance is safe and in working order.
5. Limitations and Liability
5.1 The Company will take all reasonable precautions to protect your property during cleaning. However, the Company is not liable for:
• Pre-existing damage or stains that cannot be removed.
• Damage caused by faulty or fragile materials (e.g., loose carpet threads, weakened upholstery, etc.).
5.2 The Company is not responsible for any health or safety issues caused by materials or substances already present in your home (e.g., pet urine, mould, or hazardous residues).
6. Complaints and Re-Cleans
6.1 If the Customer is dissatisfied with the service, they must notify the Company within 24 hours of the service completion.
6.2 The Company will investigate complaints and may offer a re-clean or partial refund at its discretion.
7. Pricing and Additional Charges
7.1 Prices are quoted based on the information provided by the Customer. Additional charges may apply if:
• The actual condition of the items or areas to be cleaned is significantly worse than described.
• Additional services are requested on-site.
7.2 The Company reserves the right to charge a minimum call-out fee for small jobs.
8. Health and Safety
8.1 The Company adheres to strict health and safety standards and uses products that are safe for use in homes.
8.2 Customers must notify the Company in advance of any allergies or sensitivities to cleaning products.
9. Insurance
9.1 The Company holds public liability insurance to cover damages caused directly by negligence during cleaning services.
9.2 The Customer is responsible for ensuring that any high-value or fragile items are removed from the cleaning area.
10. Force Majeure
10.1 The Company is not liable for delays or failure to deliver services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or staff illness.
11. Governing Law
11.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
12. Amendments
12.1 The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be made available on our website or provided upon request.
